From a young age Tanner loved sports and played almost every sport he could and was dedicate to improving his skills. He especially loved baseball and would spend hours perfecting his swing and throwing mechanics. This love of sport and physical fitness was the catalyst that sparked his career of helping others reach their own health and fitness goals.
Tanner is a life-long learner when it comes to keeping up with the latest research in the fitness industry. He strives to make sure each client, young and old is getting the best, safest experience they can.

After having his own experience in his youth with an overuse injury, he recognized the need for young athletes to add strength training to their overall routine to prevent injury. He loves working with these young athletes as they become stronger. Not only does this help prevent injury but it also puts them at an advantage while playing.

Whether working with young or old, beginner or advanced, Tanner's goal is to help all of his clients live better longer.

Annadel Lemon ACE, CFSC, TRX, GGS

Annadel has had a love of fitness especially weight training, dating all the way back to high school where she took her first weight training class and fell in love with it. Since then she has continued to strength train and eventually turned it into a career that she loves.

Since officially starting her Personal Training career 8 years ago she has continued to grow and learn many different aspects of health and fitness for all ages and levels. As a pre and postpartum specialist she helps women through the transition from prebirth strength to recovery after baby.
​
Annadel has a huge passion for helping seniors become strong and stay strong through strength training, stability and mobility work. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing her older clients become stronger and better each day.

Annadel is also our mindset coach. She has developed a program to help you find and work through the reasons many people, especially women, put themselves last and do not focus on their physical and emotional health.

Austin Mousley
Fitness Specialist
Austin Mousley is a dedicated personal trainer with 3 years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored workout programs and expert guidance. Before stepping into the world of personal training, he gained valuable experience working as a physical therapy aide in multiple offices, where he developed a deep understanding of movement, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.

Beyond fitness, he enjoys diving into video games and books, always looking for new stories to explore. At home, he shares his space with his wife and a lovable, cross-eyed cat who both keep life entertaining. Whether he's in the gym or unwinding with a good game, Austin is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle.

Holly Fergusen
Yoga
Holly turned to yoga a little over 10 years ago to help with injuries from intense workouts, but quickly learned that injuries can occur from yoga as well. She had a lot to learn about herself and the proper way to move and nurture her body. The last 10 + years practicing yoga have given Holly amazing insights around her physical and emotional habits. Even though this awareness has helped shape the person and teacher she is today, she still considers herself to be learning and growing with each moment spent on and off the mat.
​From what Holly has learned, she has become an expert at helping others become more in-tune with their bodies, and create happiness within.
Holly works around all abilities and her gentle, patient nature makes every student feel safe and comfortable.
